An application for a validated monohull and multihull certificate of handicap is available online in Adobe Acrobat format. Each may be viewed or
downloaded. To download an application, simply click on the appropriate command. A separate document describing Fees for LMPHRF services is also available in Adobe Acrobat and may be viewed or downloaded
by clicking the appropriate command. If you do not have Acrobat, use the Get Acrobat Reader command or image to download the latest version from Adobe.
